New appartment of 100 m2 on two levels of 50 m2 each.
The top floor is an open room of 50 m2 holding the living & dinning room with a kitchen. The living room has a fire place and a magnificent view on the south. A private balcony is on all the length of the room.
The next floor also of 50 m2 holds two bedrooms. The master bedroom with a big bed and a sofa bed for two persons and its bathroom with a bathtub. A second bedroom with two beds of 90x 200 which can be made into one big bed and a nice bathroom with a shower.
All the rooms are facing south and have a magnificent view on the Alps.
Cost
Price for 2013 The price of the apartment varies in different seasons from 400.- to 550.- frs per day for a maximum of 6 persons.An extra charge of 50.- frs per extra bed a maximum of two extra beds.
The cleaning is included . A week stay , you have a mid week cleaning if reserved ahead of time as well as the cleaning after your departure . For shorter stays you have a cleaning after your departure included.
